Reservations
  • Our reservation process is completely online.
  • Visit the vacation package section of the Web site and learn about our vacation packages.
  • Choose your departure city and date, select a hotel and enter a few additional details.
  • Our online system automatically generates a complete package price on your screen.
  • If you like what you see, continue the reservation process by providing a credit card number via the secure connection.
  • All service documents will be provided within 10 days of departure date. We will give instructions on how to print out hotel and service vouchers once payment is received. Airline tickets will either be E-ticketed or mailed to you directly.
Credit Card Charges.
  • For your personal security, credit card charges can only be made if the cardholder is listed in the itinerary.
  • Documents and vouchers are only mailed to the address of the cardholder.
  • No charges are applied to your credit card until the requested services are confirmed. Full nonrefundable payment is due once all services are confirmed.
  • We accept the following major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, and American Express.
  • Any reservations submitted without a credit card will NOT be processed.
Confirmation of Reservations.
  • You will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your booking request immediately after you have requested a package at the Web site.
  • The various components of your booking request will be confirmed within 4 days of receipt. However, the confirmation may be delayed by 2 additional days if limited availability of hotel rooms requires us to repeatedly contact the hotel to secure a confirmation.
  • Higher demand on some days may prevent us from confirming the hotel or airline arrangements you requested. We will respond to you with travel options for you to consider and indicate if an additional charge, or reduction, applies. Your credit card is not charged until you indicate acceptance of the options presented.
  • The cancellation policy, as described in the Terms and Conditions, requires the payment of fees for cancellations made after the documents have been administered.
Travel Documents and Vouchers.
  • Your confirmation e-mail will contain the details of your vacation package and itinerary.
  • Airline tickets are usually provided in an E-ticket format which does not require a printed ticket. In some cases, a printed ticket will be sent via U.S. Mail to the cardholder address.
  • Hotel vouchers are sent via e-mail. These are simply printed by you and presented at the time of hotel check-in. If you forget your hotel voucher, the hotel will check you in after confirming your identity from your passport and matching it with your reservation profile.
  • It is the sole responsibility of each passenger to obtain the necessary documents for travel, including passports and visas. For U.S. citizens, usually just a valid passport is required. Visa requirements may change without notice and vary by nationality. Please check with the consulate office of the destination country as to visa requirements.
Changes and Cancellations.
Hotel Information.
  • All hotel rooms are confirmed on a run-of-the-house basis; rooms are assigned by the hotel at the time of check-in.
  • Requests for non-smoking rooms can be made at the time of check-in but are not guaranteed. They can't be requested at the time of booking.
  • All of the accommodations we offer provide private bathroom facilities which include sink, toilet, tub and/or shower.
  • Room types and sizes vary depending on the destination and specific hotel. In Europe room sizes are generally smaller than in American hotels.
  • Frequent flyer members usually qualify for mileage on the deeply discounted tickets included in our packages. Each airline establishes their own policy on mileage accrual.
  • Any items of a personal nature including but not limited to: phone calls, tips, laundry, beverages, meals not stated, taxi and bus fares, passport and visa fees etc. are at extra cost.
Service charges and taxes.
  • Advertised per-person package prices do not include service charges and taxes, such as fees assessed by governments, airport authorities, airline taxes, airline fuel surcharges and security fees, port fees and certain charges levied by suppliers. These are listed as a separate amount when you request a package price online. The total package price generated by your request includes all taxes and fees.
